The challenge
What made this one difficult
The builder kitchen was closed off and only nine feet wide. Both cooks needed to work simultaneously without colliding.
What we did
The solution
We opened the kitchen into the dining and added an island with a three-seat breakfast overhang. Wet and dry zones were separated so prep and washing never compete. Terracotta and brass keep it warm rather than clinical.
