Most interior projects go wrong in the first fortnight, when the design is still soft and the quote is still vague. Here is what we do instead, stage by stage.

Every stage has something you approve and, where money moves, exactly how much. Nothing starts before the stage before it is signed off.

Consultation
A free consultation at an experience centre, at your home, or over video. We understand your space, how you live in it, and what you can spend.
- 02
Token to confirm
TokenA small booking token confirms your project. It assigns your designer, triggers the site measurement within 72 hours, and is adjusted into your first instalment.
- 03
3D designing
Photorealistic 3D views of every room, with unlimited free revisions until it is right. Materials and finishes are selected and the itemised quote is frozen against the signed-off design.
- 04
Execution starts
30%The first instalment releases your design to the factory and mobilises the site. Cutting begins, and so do demolition, electrical and plumbing works.
- 05
Finalising
30%Cabinetry is assembled and finished, civil and false-ceiling work completes, and shutters, hardware and countertops are confirmed against the final drawings.
- 06
Before installation
30%Paid once your units are manufactured, quality-checked and ready to dispatch. Delivery to site is scheduled with your society and your project manager.
- 07
Post installation
10%You walk the home and list every defect, however small. The balance is due only after that snag list is closed — not before.
- 08
Move in
Deep cleaning, debris removal and handover of your keys, warranty documents and care instructions. The 10-year warranty starts here.

1. Design & measurement
- Free consultation, at a centre, your home, or over video

- Space planning and photorealistic 3D views

2. 3D sign-off & production release
- Final 3D views, drawings and material selection locked
- Itemised quote frozen against the agreed scope
- First 30% received — design file released to the factory
- Nothing is cut before this point
3. Production & site work
- Cabinetry cut, edge-banded and pre-assembled in the factory
- On site in parallel: demolition, electrical, plumbing, tiling
- False ceiling framing, boarding and finishing
- Second 30% falls due as finishing completes
4. Installation
- Third 30% due on dispatch, after factory quality check
- Modular units installed room by room, kitchen first
- Countertops templated on site after base units are levelled
- Lighting, hardware and accessories fitted
- Daily photographs from your project manager
5. Snagging & handover
- You walk the home and list every defect, however small
- Snag list closed before the final 10%, not after
- Deep cleaning, debris removal and key handover
- 10-year warranty activated

A 60-to-90-minute session with a design consultant, either at an experience centre, at your home, or over video. You walk away with a space plan direction, a material and finish shortlist, and a budget range for your scope. There is no charge and no obligation to proceed.

Yes. A large share of our projects are partial — a kitchen replacement, wardrobes for two bedrooms, or a living room refresh. We design so the new work sits comfortably alongside what stays.
45 days from design sign-off to handover for a standard full home, and we put that in writing. Renovation with civil work runs 60 to 90 days. Single-room scopes are usually 30 to 40 days.
Always. Nothing is cut until you have walked through photorealistic 3D views of every room and signed off. Revisions during the design phase are unlimited and free.
710-grade BWP marine plywood is standard on Premium and Luxe; MR-grade plywood on Essentials. Hardware is Hettich or Hafele. Every material used on your project is named on the quote, not described vaguely.
For work we warranty, no — we cannot stand behind an installation we did not do. You are welcome to handle scope outside our contract yourself, and we will coordinate access and timelines with your team.
