Everything people ask us
Including the awkward ones about pricing changes, what the warranty excludes, and whether you can use your own carpenter.
Getting started
A 60-to-90-minute session with a design consultant, either at an experience centre, at your home, or over video. You walk away with a space plan direction, a material and finish shortlist, and a budget range for your scope. There is no charge and no obligation to proceed.
No. In fact the best time to start is four to eight weeks before possession. We can work from your builder's floor plan and be ready to measure the day you get the keys.
Yes. A large share of our projects are partial — a kitchen replacement, wardrobes for two bedrooms, or a living room refresh. We design so the new work sits comfortably alongside what stays.
Pricing
As a broad guide, a 2BHK full home starts around ₹6.9 lakh in the Essentials package and a 3BHK around ₹10.5 lakh. Premium and Luxe packages move up from there. Our cost calculator gives you an itemised indicative number in about a minute.
The quote is fixed against the scope you sign off. It changes only if you change the scope — adding a room, upgrading a finish, or discovering a civil issue behind a wall. Any such change is quoted and approved in writing before work proceeds.
A small token to confirm the project and assign your designer, then 30% when you sign off the 3D design and execution starts, 30% while the work is being finalised, 30% before installation, and the remaining 10% after installation once your snag list is closed. Exact terms appear on your contract.
Yes. We have no-cost EMI for 3 to 6 months and longer tenures up to 36 months through our lending partners, subject to their approval. Most decisions come through within 48 hours.
Prices shown across the site and the calculator are before GST unless stated otherwise. GST at 18% is applied on the final quote and shown as a separate line.
Design & build
45 days from design sign-off to handover for a standard full home, and we put that in writing. Renovation with civil work runs 60 to 90 days. Single-room scopes are usually 30 to 40 days.
Always. Nothing is cut until you have walked through photorealistic 3D views of every room and signed off. Revisions during the design phase are unlimited and free.
710-grade BWP marine plywood is standard on Premium and Luxe; MR-grade plywood on Essentials. Hardware is Hettich or Hafele. Every material used on your project is named on the quote, not described vaguely.
For work we warranty, no — we cannot stand behind an installation we did not do. You are welcome to handle scope outside our contract yourself, and we will coordinate access and timelines with your team.
Warranty & service
Manufacturing defects in modular cabinetry and the hardware we install — delamination, warping, hinge and channel failure, and workmanship. It excludes normal wear, accidental damage, water damage from a plumbing failure, and appliances, which carry their own manufacturer warranty.
Raise a service request by phone, WhatsApp or email and quote your project reference. A technician is assigned within 48 hours for warranty issues. There is no charge for anything covered.
Yes. An optional annual service visit covers hinge and channel realignment, shutter adjustment, sealant checks in wet areas, and a full condition report.
Logistics
Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Gurugram, Noida, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata and Ahmedabad. If you are just outside one of these, ask — we often serve nearby areas from the closest studio.
We prepare the documentation and coordinate with your society or builder office. The application usually needs to come from you as the owner, but we handle everything around it.
For a single-room scope, usually yes. For a full-home project with civil work, we strongly recommend moving out for six to eight weeks — it is faster, cleaner and considerably less stressful.
